A former Jr. Program Coordinator reached out to me regarding the position becoming available.
What are 3 of your favorite things about the course?
The assessment tests, leadership building skills & how easy to navigate through the course modules.
What surprised you the most as you worked through the course?
How important time management is and how resourceful the assignments can be if we challenge ourselves.
Have you been able to apply anything you’ve been learning so far?
Yes, Emotional Iintelligence in dealing with members, championship culture building and I’m beginning to delegate better.
How would you describe what a “Director of Racquet Sports” does?
A Director of Racquet Sports manages the day to day operations, instructional programming & customer service of a racquets club/country club.
What is one thing we can’t guess about you from your resume/LinkedIn profile?
I love traveling and dogs, and I was stand out soccer player before teaching tennis

Leadership First – I find their content inspiring and motivating
What do you see as the future of the racquet sports industry, and what needs to change in order for it to get there?
I see more staff professionals being employees of country clubs (not independent contractors) and better payroll industry standards
