Former NCAA DI College player and Coach, MBA Graduate, seasoned speaker with significant experience working with competitive tennis and program development.
What are 3 of your favorite things about the course?
Clear directions on the assignments, great interviews with industry leaders, and appropriate volume of work.
What surprised you the most as you worked through the course?
That it can be done rather quickly by paying attention to the directions and setting aside a period of time to focus exclusively on the course.
How would you describe the Director of Racquet Sports Certificate Course to someone who doesn’t know what it is?
Great course with applicable content that will significantly enhance one’s knowledge of all the areas that a DOR needs to oversee, as well as some of the best practices associated with those aspects.
What’s one leadership related book you recommend?
The book “The One Thing” by Gary Keller. It helps to illustrate the importance of identifying the main “thing” that matters for you at a particular moment and how extraordinary results often come from a focused approach, on one thing, rather than a well balanced act.
